Return Policy

Non-Defective Returns

All returns of non-defective items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Authorized returns must then be shipped at customer’s expense, and received within ten (10) business days. Items sent with Cash on Delivery (COD) or Postage Due will be rejected and returned to customer.  All items must be unused and in a resalable condition (i.e. not damaged, scratched, missing documentation/accessories, or broken tamper-proof seals), as determined by Spydur Technologies. All non-defective items will then be refunded to the original payment method, less a minimum twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

Defective Returns

All returns of defective items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the warranty period. Manufacturer warranties begin on the date of original purchase, and the length of the warranty will depend on the manufacturer and specific model of product. Manufacturers warrant their products against defects in material and workmanship when used normally for their intended purposes. Authorized returns must be shipped at customer’s expense, and received within ten (10) business days. Items sent with Cash on Delivery (COD) or Postage Due will be rejected and returned to customer. Defective items will be repaired or replaced as determined by manufacturer policies.

Return Shipping Instructions

All items must be double-boxed with outer packaging. Do not use the item’s box as the shipping container. Please note the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number on the shipping container. We strongly recommend you ship the item with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation; as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. All returns are verified only if received and signed by a Spydur Technologies employee.

Advanced Replacement

Advanced replacements will only be processed upon request. Orders for advanced replacement are charged at the time of their purchase. If our engineers determine the original item is defective, a refund will be issued for the advanced replacement. If our engineers determine the original item is not defective or is able to be repaired, the original item will be returned to you and no refund will be applied to the order for advanced replacement. The customer may also request a non-defective return of the advanced replacement, and is subject to the restocking fee. Please see the policy for non-defective returns for more information.
