As with everything we ship (whether it be a router, gateway, or the Spydur itself), absolutely EVERYTHING goes out the door already programmed and ready to plug in... and this includes telephones! Prices include full extension programming, updating to the latest firmware, power adapter at no additional cost (if the manufacturer does not include one standard and PoE is not being used), network cable at no additional cost (if the manufacturer does not include one standard), and any other accessories that are required for normal operation (e.g. charging stations, batteries, etc).
